Configuration, cost treatment and amount entries are processed in the current browser page. The worksheet does not intentionally save them to this website’s database, local storage or analytics. It creates no customer profile and requests no files.

Clear the worksheet to remove its working result. Your browser may separately retain information through autofill, history, page restoration or other settings. Avoid entering supplier bank details, credentials, identity records or other sensitive information.

Selecting, downloading and printing.

“Select worksheet summary” explicitly includes entered amounts and copied quotation details in an editable local field. It selects text for your device’s copy command without writing to the clipboard automatically. “Download worksheet TXT” saves the exact reviewed text to your device. You decide where to share it; neither action submits an enquiry.

“Print result” invokes your browser’s print controls. Your selected printer or save destination handles that output. Printing is not a website upload or an automatic email.

Clarification drafts.

The prepared clarification questions omit entered amount values. You can review or edit them, select the text or download it as TXT. Anything you add manually is your choice. The worksheet summary that includes amounts remains separate from this question draft. Neither local action sends information to the website or an email recipient.

Email you choose to send.

If you write to sales@tractornigeria.com, your email service and the business mailbox process the sender address, message and attachments you choose to provide. Sent enquiries may be retained to respond to and manage them, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Optional phone and WhatsApp contact.

The contact page offers optional phone and WhatsApp links for +92 333 4251059. The phone link asks your device to open its calling application. Opening the WhatsApp link takes you to an external service under its own terms and privacy practices. It does not attach the worksheet or local draft automatically. Review or write your message and press Send there only if you choose. Email is the primary enquiry channel.

Website operation and contact.

The hosting and website software may process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser information for operation and protection. The worksheet adds no advertising tracker, third-party analytics or AI processing. Authorised WordPress administration may use necessary login cookies.
